If you can take a look around or perhaps into the past, you will see many that you knew that had aspirations and hopes to be successful but are no where near their dreams.
Most times I wonder what could have been the reason, when I see a guy who was so brilliant in High school days, but now he is the local champion in his street, drinking and being in a nuisance in the area, or a promising young girl now a baby mama without a career.

For so long it bothered my mind what could be the reason, then the answer came---FRUSTRATION AND SHAME.

Most youths get frustrated everyday, it is not easy being in a society where youths are the highest population and you are always compared to other youths daily. Comparison done by your parents, siblings, friends, religious organisation, teachers and so on. It seems like they are trying to get that standard line for a youth where you become acceptable and looked unto by others but the higher they climb the lower they get down. Imagine a youth trying to enter the university but either one exam or the other is pushing him back, or another that got involved in a romantic relationship and gets pregnant, or another that got influenced by peer or the environment and now an addict of illegal substance, there are several examples that lead to frustration in a youth's life, ranging from unsettled family, to wicked lecturers or insufficient fund or even uncontrolled lust and pleasure.
We can't blame the past for what happened, daily, but neither should we let the past hold on to us that we miss the future. Most youths, get entangled in their past and allow the frustration to wallow them and pull them down, they take comfort in the use of illegal substance that cannot help, they give up easily thinking their life is meant to be like that and cannot be changed.
What ever thing that could have happened to you as a youth is not the end, don't wait in that situation, don't give up in it, Try again, Try again until you are where you ought to be, don't let that 'unwanted pregnancy' stop you, don't let that carry-over stop you, don't let that exam failure stop your admission, don't let that cultism group stop you. DON'T WAIT, MOVE ON AND TAKE CHARGE.
