The Open Society Fellowship is seeking applications to support individuals pursuing innovative and unconventional approaches to fundamental open society challenges. The fellowship funds work that will enrich public understanding of those challenges and stimulate far-reaching and probing conversations within the Open Society Foundations and in the world.
Eligibility Criteria
Ideal fellows are specialists who can see beyond the parochialisms of their field and possess the tenacity to complete a project of exceptional merit. Proposals will be accepted from anywhere in the world, although demonstrable proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) is currently seeking applications from eligible applicants for its cohort 6 of YALI Regional Leadership Center for West Africa program.
Eligibility Criteria
Competition for the YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa is a merit-based and open to young West African leaders who meet the following criteria:
? Are 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application submission,
? Are citizens and residents of one of the following countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Burkina Faso
? Are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.
? Are eligible to receive any necessary visa to Kenya, and
? Are proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking English.

Grenada: School of Medicine Full Tuition Scholarships for Commonwealth Countries at SGU 2017/2018

The University of Glasgow is offering 8 scholarships worth the full tuition fee for a one-year Masters programme for September 2017 academic session. African applicants are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
Eligibility: Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of their application for admission and must:
� be resident in Africa at time of applying have completed a first degree in Africa
� demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to a degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 Hons or better
